Privacy Policy

This policy covers epanogrowthfirm.com, operated by Epano Growth Firm (“Epano,” “we,” “us”), based in Ontario, Canada. It explains how we handle the information you share with us through this site — mainly when you book a call. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA.

Information you give us. When you book a call, we collect what you enter in the form:

• your name and email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
• your business name and what you’d like help with;
• your preferred date, time window, and how you’d like to meet (video or phone).

Information collected automatically. To keep the site secure and stop abuse, our server briefly records technical data such as your IP address — used only to rate-limit the booking form — and standard request logs. We deliberately do not write the contents of your booking (your name, email, phone, or message) into those server logs.

We use your information for one thing: to respond to you. That means scheduling and preparing for the call you requested, and following up about whether and how we might work together. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

We don’t run advertising networks or cross-site trackers on this site, and we don’t build an advertising profile of you. The site uses only what it needs to function.

Bookings are stored in a secured Postgres database hosted by Supabase, and the site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf so the site can run, and may store it on servers located outside Canada (for example, in the United States). We limit access to your information to what’s needed to respond to you.

We keep your booking information only as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and any working relationship that follows, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email epano5@proton.me and we’ll take care of it.

We use sensible safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), database access controls, rate-limiting on the booking form, and keeping booking contents out of our server logs. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information as something worth protecting.

This site and our services are meant for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we update this policy, we’ll change the “last updated” date above and post the new version on this page.
